Job Description

  • Collaborate with SA, Dev and Sales Team Manager or Leader
  • Proactively work with developers and owners who are focused on architecture and design of new software and features.
  • Agile Sprints, you’ll provide support to the Scrum team through a servant leadership style, including facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Guiding and supporting Scrum teams towards self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
  • Facilitating and monitoring the progress of the sprint commitment without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Supporting, educating, and collaborating with the Owner, especially with respect to refining (grooming) and managing the product backlog.
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • If you've worked in the programmer field, it's an advantage.

Job Specification

  • At least 1 year experience or more years working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Project Coordinator
  • Scrum Master Certification it's an advantage.
  • Exp Agile and Implementation
  • Experience working with a software development team is a plus
  • An understanding of Agile methodologies, values, procedures and ceremonies
  • Strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Knowledge of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
  • Knowledge and study of emerging technologies
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of database design SQL, No SQL, MongoDB
  • Experience writes a program Web and Mobile development at least 3 year
  • Have been through team supervision Software Development at least 3 year
